Remuneration to Lukoil's key management personnel, which includes the expense of remuneration programs, salaries, bonuses and other benefits, for 2024 and 2023 amounted to ₽14.6 billion and ₽10.4 billion, respectively. In 2024, the company implemented a share program for key employees based on collective investment instruments, which involved 7.4 million shares of the company's stock at the end of the year. The cost of the program was recognized at ₽53.3 billion.
