JetLend shares dropped by almost 40% in two days, to ₽33.5 per share. Beginning of the decline in quotations coincided with the expiration of a restrictive period during which major shareholders pledged not to sell securities. Former employees who received shares under the motivation program decided to sell their securities, explained Raymond Koschinsky, JetLend's IR director. Founders of the platform, Roman Khoroshev and Evgeny Uskov, did not sell their shares, he noted.
