Russian authorities are considering measures designed to encourage small and medium-sized businesses to use MAX instead of Telegram and WhatsApp, a source told Interfax. Possible measures include a tax deduction when paying for services in the national messenger, compensation for the cost of switching to MAX, as well as subsidies to vendors of CRM systems for integration with the messenger. Currently, 72% of small and medium-sized businesses use CRM systems integrated with Telegram, while 55% use WhatsApp.
