Owners of VSK are looking for buyers for their business, a source told Kommersant. It may be a question of selling both the entire company and the share of one of the main owners. Sergey Tsikalyuk owns a controlling 51% stake in VSK, while the remaining 49% belongs to the Gutseriev family's SFI investment holding. The company is valued at ₽12-20 billion. Sovcombank is among the potential bidders for the purchase of T-Technology.
