Developer GloraX has attracted Sberbank Investments LLC as a strategic investor in the GloraX Premium Rowing Canal project in Nizhny Novgorod. Project provides for the construction of 142 thousand square meters of selling space on an area of more than 14 hectares. Future quarter on the embankment of the Rowing Canal is one of the most attractive and promising locations in the city and will be the company's second premium project in the region. Sberbank Investments LLC's participation in the project will amount to 30%.
