Lukoil Oil Company started construction of a gas chemical complex in the town of Budennovsk, Stavropol Territory. Project involves the production of demanded mineral fertilizers - urea and ammonia. Complex will make it possible to effectively monetize natural gas from Lukoil's fields in the Northern Caspian region as a raw material.
