Real estate developer Sminex has closed the deal to acquire Ingrada from the Rossium Group of Roman Avdeev and Sergey Sudarikov. Amount of the deal is not disclosed by the parties. Earlier media sources reported that it could amount to ₽40-50 bln.

INGRAD's RAS net profit for 6 months of 2024 amounted to ₽451.4 million, up 6.5 times from ₽69.5 million in the previous year. Revenue grew 11 times to ₽8.08 billion against ₽0.75 billion a year earlier.

Ingrid's IFRS loss for 6 months of 2024 amounted to ₽2.3 billion against a profit of ₽2.1 billion in the previous year. Revenue fell 32.2% to ₽22.3 billion against ₽32.9 billion a year earlier.
