EU Council introduced a postponed embargo on sea shipments of oil and oil products from Russia. The ban on supplies of crude oil has been postponed for 6 months, and on petroleum products for 8 months. A temporary exemption was made for deliveries by pipeline, as well as for Bulgaria and Croatia. The share of exports to Europe in the structure of Rosneft's sales in 2021 accounted for 22%, or 47 million tons.
