Nokia and CityFibre have signed a 10-year agreement to build a 10 Gbps broadband network in the United Kingdom. Nokia will supply XGS-PON broadband equipment for CityFibre's network, which covers a third of the country, including Lightspan access nodes, fiber optic modems for customer homes and IP aggregation switches. Deliveries will begin in Q4 2022.
