Disney plans to create an expanded ecosystem with subscriptions to different services, discounts and special offers, sources told The Wall Street Journal, comparing the project to Amazon Prime. The ecosystem subscription would link Disney's streaming service Disney+ to the company's other offerings, including amusement parks, cruise ships, and shopping. Such a subscription is just one of the options the company is considering, the Disney press office said.
