VK completed an asset swap with Yandex. Company received Yandex.Dzen blog platform and Yandex.News service in exchange for Delivery Club food delivery service. Yandex's Zen and News platforms will retain their familiar user interfaces and will be available at dzen.ru, where Yandex's search bar and weather will also be present.
