Government will receive the right to contribute 100% of shares of the Russian National Commercial Bank as a contribution to the capital of VTB, according to the conclusion of the legal department of the State Duma to the draft law No. 99629-8, which is being prepared for the second reading in the parliament. The RNKB is the largest bank in Crimea and ranks 27th in the Interfax-100 ranking at the end of 2021. The bank's equity stood at ₽59.6bn at the end of last year, with assets of ₽334.8bn.
