VK online school Skillbox is buying a 10% stake in Grafika, a network of drawing schools for adults and children. Under the agreement, Grafika and Skillbox will create a joint venture that will "scale Skillbox's offline business": the companies will open more than 70 schools under the Skillbox brand by the end of 2024. The companies have already opened seven such schools in Krasnodar, Kazan, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Krasnoyarsk and Novosibirsk.
