Quasi-Russian companies may move to SPB Exchange

Temporarily unblocked in NSD's account with Clearstream, securities of foreign companies that operate in Russia will be transferred to SPB Exchange, Tinkoff Investments suggested. Now the platform discusses it with market participants. In the future it will be easier for issuers to exchange foreign securities for shares of a Russian holding, switch to another foreign exchange and so on, says the investment company.
