VTB is launching a digital bank in Telegram based on the bank's existing chatbot, which will be supplemented with five-factor protection. The bank expects hundreds of thousands of clients to use the service by the end of the year. Number of active users of VTB Online now is 12.8 million people. By the end of this year through Telegram will be available all daily services of the bank, as well as the issue of some digital products.
