Gazprom Neft closed a deal for the purchase of Shell's 50% stake in the Salym project. Company consolidated 100% of Salym Development LLC, which develops the Salym group of oil fields: West Salym, Upper Salym, Vadelyp, South Yamskoye, East Shapkinskoye and Salym-2. Recoverable resources of Salym oil fields of categories C1+C2 approved by the Russian Federation State Committee on Reserves amount to 140 million tons.
