Ozon has received approval from the British regulator to restructure its bonds worth $750 million. Now all necessary permits have been obtained and the restructuring agreement came into force. Company by the end of April will prematurely repay bonds in rubles or dollars - at the choice of the owner of the paper. The payments will make up to 85% of the ruble denomination and up to 67% of the dollar denomination of the bonds. Thus, the bonds maturing in 2026 will be redeemed in full at the specified discount.
