Vasily Nikonov was appointed Acting General Director of Unipro, follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Nikonov has been the head of the Energy Department at Rosneft since 2012, and before that he was the head of the specialized department of the Ministry of Energy from 2010 to 2012.
