Moscow Exchange from August 1 eases requirements for the second listing level. To include securities into the second listing level, a free-float level of 1% will be enough, instead of 10% at the moment. From the first to the second quotation list the securities will be transferred when free-float decreases to 1%, now at 4%. From the second listing level the shares will be excluded if the free-float value becomes lower than 1%, now it is less than 4%. Relaxations will be in effect for almost two years, until June 30, 2025.
