Moscow Exchange is interested in buying Banki.ru, but is not satisfied with the price

Moscow Exchange is negotiating the purchase of a stake in the banking product selection service Banki.ru, but may refuse the deal because of the high price, besides, several members of the trading floor's board of directors have opposed it, sources told Frank Media. Idea to buy the service belongs to the head of the marketplace Finuservices Igor Alutin. This consists in superimposing the site's traffic generation on Finuservices products, putting them under the hood of Banki.ru.
