Rostelecom-Solar divided its business into commercial and government segments

Rostelecom-Solar introduced two brands under which it will separately provide services to commercial and public sector customers. Government agencies will be provided services under the Rostelecom brand, while commercial customers will be provided services under the Solar brand. There were no organizational changes in the company's structure - all six companies of the group will provide services to both commercial and government customers, but under different brands.
