Institutional investor acquired 4.2% of Softline

Majority shareholder of Softline sold 4.2% of the company to an institutional investor. Package was acquired by an independent investment company focused on growth equity investments through the acquisition of significant minority stakes in mature technology companies with further growth and expansion potential in Russia and CIS countries.
