Developer PIK places debut issue of digital financial assets on the Atomize platform for an apartment in the Altufievskoye 53 residential complex in Moscow. Upon redemption of the CFA, investors will receive income proportional to the increase in the value of the real estate. Tokenization allows investing in real estate without making large investments. Minimum check is ₽9000. Issue is available to all investors, including non-qualified investors. Purchase of DFA can be done until December 20, 2023.
