Cost of RusHydro's TPP-2 modernization in Vladivostok has almost tripled in 5 years and reached ₽66.3 billion, has found out Kommersant. Presumably, the company is expected to recoup its investments through increased capacity payments. However, there are doubts about the price reasonableness of the project, especially given the cost growth several times higher than the marginal typical costs.
