Investment company AQNIET increased its stake in Globaltrans by 0.5% to 26.69% of the issued share capital. Previously, AQNIET entered into agreements to acquire 5.43% of the company from three major Globaltrans shareholders Nikita Mishin, Konstantin Nikolaev and Sergey Maltsev. Upon closing of these transactions, which is expected no later than the second half of 2024, AQNIET will own 32.12% of the issued share capital of Globaltrans.
