State-owned shareholding of TGC-2 is transferred to GEKH management

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree transferring the state's stake in TGK-2 to Gazprom Energoholding. Company will receive 1.23 trillion ordinary shares and 283.37 million preferred shares for management. Contract of trust management of TGK-2 shares will stipulate GEH's obligations to develop a plan for financial rehabilitation of the generating company, as well as proposals on how to further dispose of the stake.
