Lukoil subsidiary Litasco has not negotiated the sale of the refinery in Bulgaria with a Qatari-British consortium, is considering various options for business in the country, but has not yet made a decision, the company said. Earlier, Financial Times sources said Lukoil plans to sell the refinery to a consortium of Oryx Global and DL Hudson by the end of the year.
