Smarttechgroup is preparing to update its dividend policy. New dividend amount will be no less than 50% of the year-end profit, which is one of the conditions of the strategic partnership with Promsvyazbank. Current dividend policy provides for 25% to 50% of RAS profit to be allocated for dividends, but the company has never paid them.
