Board of Directors of Diasoft has approved a new version of the dividend policy. Company will strive to pay dividends at least once every six months. Amount of dividends will be at least 80% of EBITDAC. Previous dividend policy provided for the allocation of at least 80% of EBITDA to dividends, followed by a reduction to at least 50% of EBITDA. In the 1st quarter of fiscal year 2025, the company's EBITDAC was ₽79.6 million, EBITDA was ₽421.3 million.
