Oil trader Gunvor has withdrawn its offer to purchase Lukoil's foreign assets. Company posted a message about this on the social network X shortly after the statement by the US Treasury Department, which stated that the company's ties with Russia and that the United States would not grant Gunvor a business license as long as fighting continued in Ukraine.
