Cian launched an additional round of exchange for former holders of CIAN PLC receipts, whose securities were accounted for in Russian depositories and were automatically converted into shares of MKAO TSN. Owners of shares of non-public CN received after automatic conversion can exchange them for shares of public Cian in a 1-to-1 ratio. Collection of applications for the exchange begins today and will last until 18:00 Moscow time on November 28, 2025.
