Three investment platforms are preparing documents for joining the SPB Exchange service to participate in placements on platforms through the trading platform infrastructure. First issuers whose shares will be available to investors under the new service will be AM.TECH, which is hosted on the Aurora platform, and the brainbox_I venture fund. In the future, the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange is ready to launch over-the-counter secondary trading of issuers' shares from investment platforms, if requested by the issuer, platform or broker.
