Rusagro completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in NMGK Group, a major producer of sauces and mayonnaises. Deal will allow NMGK and Rusagro to realize synergies in the meal, oil, industrial fats and B2C markets. Amount of deal is not disclosed by the parties.
