Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy

Siemens Gamesa shareholders decided to delist the company's shares. Earlier, parent Siemens Energy made an offer to minority shareholders to buy all free-floating shares of Siemens Gamesa at €18.05 per share. Some 77.88% of minority shareholders have already accepted the offer, raising Siemens Energy's stake to 92.72%.

Investment company Kismet Ivan Tavrin paid $147.3 million for 22.68% of HeadHunter. Company purchased more than 11.48 million shares of the recruiting service at a price of $12.83 per share, according to a report in the SEC. About deal was announced back on January 11, but then financial parameters of deal were not disclosed.
