Tambov Energy Supply Company

Tambov Power Supply Company's RAS net profit for 2024 amounted to ₽466.6 million, up 49.6% from ₽311.8 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 5.4% to ₽7.56 billion against ₽7.17 billion a year earlier.

Inter RAO

Inter RAO Group's electricity generation in 2024 totalled 131.7 billion kWh, up 3.9% from 66.25 billion kWh a year earlier. Heat output increased by 4% to 41.6 million Gcal, up from 40 million Gcal a year earlier. Electricity exports totalled 8.5 billion kWh, down 17.6%.

Inter RAO's RAS net profit for 2024 was ₽38.9 billion, up 8.7% from ₽35.8 billion in the previous year. Revenue rose 28.1% to ₽52.9 billion against ₽41.3 billion a year earlier.

Rusagro

Moscow Exchange has included the shares of PJSC Rusagro in the list of securities admitted to trading from 17 February 2025 under the ticker RAGR. Trading in RosAgro plc receipts was halted in the first half of December 2024 due to the start of the procedure for the distribution of RusAgro shares among Russian holders of the Cypriot company's securities.

Property sales by the developer Samolet in 2024 totalled 1.3 million sq m in physical terms and ₽282 billion in monetary terms. Total number of contracts signed totalled 37.9 thousand. Share of contracts with participation of mortgage funds - 71%. Average price per sq m increased by 15% to ₽213.5 thousand.

Artgen Biotech and the Skolkovo Foundation signed a strategic partnership agreement. Key goals of agreement: creation of a competence centre for the development of biotechnological drugs and vaccines and creation of an industrial technopark for scaling up technologies for the production of these drugs and their small-scale production.

Russneft's RAS net profit for 2024 was ₽42.3 billion, up 33% from ₽31.8 billion in the previous year. Revenue rose 26.4% to ₽301.8 billion against ₽238.8 billion a year earlier.

Mobile TeleSystems

MTS has bought 5.5 per cent of MTS Yurent, the company's kicksharing service, and increased its stake to 84.6 per cent, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Seller was Olga Stefanyuk, she withdrew from the company's capital. MTS refrained from commenting.
