Astra Group increased its stake in Resolute, which develops the GitFlic platform for storing and working with source code, one of the Russian analogues of the largest open source software repository GitHub, from 51% to 76.2%. The deal for the purchase of GitFlic 25.2% amounted to ₽69.79 million.

Astra's net profit under IFRS for 6 months of 2025 amounted to 0.661 billion rubles, a 2-fold decrease from 1.41 billion rubles in the previous year. Revenue increased by 34.5% to ₽6.63 billion against ₽4.93 billion a year earlier.

Varton Group of Companies, co-owner of Astra Group Denis Frolov, acquired 51% of shares in Technored, a domestic manufacturer of industrial robots, for ₽675 million.
