Lukoil oil company intends to sell international assets in connection with the imposition of sanctions against the company. Consideration of offers from potential buyers has already begun.

First vice president of Lukoil, Azat Shamsuarov, left the company. He worked at Lukoil enterprises in Western Siberia from 1988 to 2000, and then was appointed Vice President of Lukoil Overseas Holding Ltd. In 2013, Shamsuarov became Lukoil's Senior Vice President for oil and gas production, and in 2020, he was appointed the company's first vice president.

Lukoil's hydrocarbon production for 6 months of 2025 amounted to 2.2 million boe, which is 3.9% less than a year earlier. Volume of oil refining at its own refineries decreased by 1.1% to 26.1 million tons.

Lukoil's Board of Directors has decided to repay 76 million quasi-treasury shares of the company. In addition, the cost of acquiring shares in the first half of 2025 will not be taken into account when calculating adjusted free cash flow and for the purposes of calculating the dividend.
