Lukoil's Board of Directors has decided to repay 76 million quasi-treasury shares of the company. In addition, the cost of acquiring shares in the first half of 2025 will not be taken into account when calculating adjusted free cash flow and for the purposes of calculating the dividend.

Lukoil's net profit under IFRS for 6 months of 2025 amounted to ₽288.57 billion, a 2-fold decrease from ₽591.54 billion in the previous year. Revenue decreased by 16.9% to ₽3.6 trillion from ₽4.33 trillion a year earlier.

Lukoil oil Company has started construction and installation work on the construction of a catalytic cracking complex at the Perm Oil Refinery.
