TotalEnergies acquires 50% of Clearway Energy Group from Global Infrastructure Partners. Clearway is working on a number of renewable energy projects with a total capacity of 25 GW in the United States. TotalEnergies will pay GIP $1.6 billion and transfer 50% to a subsidiary that owns 50.6% of SunPower Corporation.
