VTB became the owner of 49% of the operator of all-Russian state lotteries organized by the Ministry of Finance - Sports Lotteries LLC. The remaining 51% of the company was retained by Umar Kremlev, president of the International Boxing Association. Last year VTB and Sportivnye Loteriya signed an agreement on cooperation in the sphere of lottery business development, but the details of it were not disclosed by the parties.
