Tata Motors leaves the New York Stock Exchange

Tata Motors has notified the NYSE of the delisting of ADS. The last day of trading is expected to be on or about January 23, 2023. The company's shares will continue to be traded on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India after its departure from the NYSE. Since the ADSs were issued in 2004, liquidity and foreign shareholder activity in the Indian stock markets has increased significantly, the company notes.
