TMK's holding structure redomiciled to Russky Island

Cyprus-based TMK Steel Holding has been redomiciled to a special administrative district on Russky Island in Primorsky Krai, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Until March 2022, 90.6% of TMK through the Cyprus-based TMK Steel Holding belonged to the company's founder Dmitry Pumpyanskiy. Last spring, Pumpyanskiy and his family members fell under EU sanctions, after which control was transferred to the company's management.
