Element creates serial production of power electronics

Element Group of Companies will launch Russia's first large-scale serial production of power diode and transistor crystals based on silicon and silicon carbide. Capacity of the enterprise will allow to produce up to 140 thousand wafers per year. Total cost of the project is ₽19.5 billion, of which ₽15 billion will be provided by VEB.RF in the form of a loan under the Cluster Investment Platform program.
