Major Kazakhstani projects involving Lukoil have been exempted from sanctions, and their work is not in danger, said the Minister of Energy of the Republic Yerlan Akkenzhenov. Kazakhstan does not conduct negotiations on the purchase of Lukoil assets, partner companies can do this.
