IT company Yandex is launching the first project in Russia that automates the inspection of accident sites, which will help the Ministry of Emergency Situations to investigate fires faster. Yandex neural network will analyze images of fires, identify key objects and describe them. This will reduce the time spent by rescuers on describing the accident sites and minimize human errors. Neural network is currently undergoing training and pilot testing at the Academy of GPS of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
