Sistema has attracted a core investor to its fishing business in Kamchatka. Corporation sold 22.5% in Voskhod Fishery Holding LLC to Crowninvest JSC. Stake was sold to a specialized investor, with whom the Corporation plans further joint development of this business line. Transaction amount is not disclosed.

Cian

New York Stock Exchange will stop listing Cian's American depositary shares on August 1. NYSE notified the company of its intention to delist on March 15. Cian tried to appeal the decision, but a committee of the exchange's board of directors rejected the company's appeal on July 21, leaving the delisting decision in force.

MMC Norilsk Nickel

Production of nickel by Norilsk Nickel in 6 months of 2023 decreased by 9% to 91.326 thousand tons. Copper production remained at the same level as last year and amounted to 203.47 thousand tons. Palladium production increased by 5% to 1.482 million ounces. Platinum production amounted to 367 thousand ounces, up 15%.
