Rosbank

Rosbank is considering selling its retail loan portfolio ahead of its planned merger with T-Bank, sources told RBC. For sale may be put up non-performing mortgage loans, which will free up ₽35-45 billion of capital reserved for them. Additional capital may be needed for the group to ramp up lending. For this purpose, T-Bank needs more than ₽200 billion.

Yandex

IT company Yandex will create a separate brand for projects related to unmanned cars and delivery robots, sources told TASS. They will be developed within one direction under the brand Autonomous Transport. Company has also applied for the trademark Autonomous Transport, according to the Rospatent database.

Shareholders of IMCB approved dividends for 2023 in the amount of ₽2.2 per ordinary share. The last day of purchase of securities to receive dividends is June 21, 2024. Dividend yield may amount to 1.3%.

Retailer Magnit is looking for a site for a warehouse complex in the north of the Leningrad Region with an area of at least 45,000 square meters. Experts estimate that the amount of investment in the project will exceed ₽5 billion.
