Aeroflot Group in 2023 carried 47.331 million passengers, up 16.3% from 40.69 million passengers a year earlier. Passenger turnover increased by 25.4% to 123.39 billion pkm. Seat occupancy increased by 3.9 p.p. to 87.5%.

NOVATEK

Novatek's hydrocarbon production in 2023 amounted to 644.7 mln boe, up 0.9% year-on-year from 638.7 mln boe. Natural gas production amounted to 82.39 billion cubic meters, up 0.3%. Liquid hydrocarbons production rose 3.6% to 12.37 million tons. Total natural gas sales, including LNG, amounted to 78.63 bcm, up 2.7% year-on-year to 2022.

Sberbank

Sberbank's RAS net profit for 2023 amounted to ₽1.493 trillion, up 5 times compared to 2022. Net interest income increased by 36.6% to ₽2.334 trillion. Net fee and commission income increased by 16.6% to ₽716 billion.

Far-Eastern Shipping Company

VMTP renewed its own record in container turnover, handling 859,400 TEU in 2023, up 12% year-on-year. Total cargo turnover for the year was 13.2 million tons. Thus, for four years now, VMTP has firmly held the lead in Russia in terms of container turnover, outpacing the second-place company by more than 40%.

SFI

Register of participants of the special administrative district on Oktyabrsky Island in Kaliningrad Oblast was supplemented by the Lanburi NGO. Earlier it was registered in Cyprus. Company owns 18.6% in SFI, follows from the investment holding materials for 2022.

Sovcomflot in 2023 transported almost 1.7 million tons of hydrocarbons along the Northern Sea Route. Sovcomflot vessels made 26 voyages to ports in China and Southeast Asia.

TCS Group may complete redomiciliation in the first quarter of 2024, Tinkoff Bank CEO Stanislav Bliznyuk said. Earlier, shareholders approved the board's proposal to re-register the company from Cyprus to a special administrative district on Russky Island in Vladivostok and change its name to ICPAO TCS Holding.

European Eltech

European Electrotechnics announced the launch of a buy-back of up to 10% of its shares in accordance with the decision of the shareholders' meeting in December to reduce its authorized capital. Purchase price is set at ₽13.02 per share. Applications for the buyback are accepted until February 03, 2024 inclusive.
