Moscow Exchange plans to conduct about 5 deals on its pre-IPO platform MOEX START by the end of 2024. First offering was the pre-IPO of Russian private aerospace holding SR Space, which expects to raise about ₽1.5 billion on a cash-in basis. Company is collecting applications from qualified investors to participate in the deal until August 8.

Developer APRI has set the IPO price range at ₽8.8-9.7 per share, corresponding to a capitalization of ₽10-11 billion. Collection of applications starts today and will last until July 29. Company intends to float 5-10% of the additional issue shares. Trading is scheduled to start on July 30.

Severstal's IFRS net profit for 6 months of 2024 amounted to ₽83.32 billion, down 20.6% from ₽105 billion in the previous year. Revenue rose 20.5% to ₽409.14 billion against ₽339.43 billion a year earlier.

Severstal for 6 months of 2024 produced 5.22 million tons of steel, which is 8% less than in the same period last year. Pig iron production decreased by 15% to 4.77 mln tons amid repairs at BF-5. Sales of steel products fell 6% to 5.177 million tons. Share of high value-added products increased by 7 p.p. to 53%.
