Cherkizovo Group and Refagrotrans signed a memorandum on long-term cooperation in international transportation of low-temperature cargo. This year Refagrotrans will deliver at least 13.5 thousand tons of Cherkizovo's meat products to South-East Asia. Supplies of Cherkizovo products to this region grew by 10% last year to 46 thousand tons.

Etalon Group

Developer Etalon received a construction permit for the second and third stages of the third phase of the third stage of the Shagal business-class residential quarter. Stages provide for 11 buildings with a total area of 85.7 thousand sq. m. Sales of these areas are planned to start in the nearest future.

LSR Group

LSR acquires a three-star Ibis hotel on Ligovsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg and a neighboring building of a future hotel under construction, according to a report on the evaluation of the developer's real estate portfolio. New assets are valued at ₽2.66 billion. Timing of the deal closing and further plans for the use of new assets in LSR refused to comment.
